What a commission costs, and what changes the quote.

Drawing commissions are quoted. The figures below are the floors the studio uses when the scope matches the description. A deposit holds a place on the desk. Payment is arranged by bank transfer after a written quote.

Commission Basis Floor
Sustainability Impact Brief One site cluster, up to four indicator families, up to three years, six bound copies, one factual correction, a two-hour walkthrough 185,000 THB
Disclosure Chapters One closed reporting year, up to six chapters, source notes, six copies or loose signatures 260,000 THB
Field Figure Reading Per site day inside Bangkok. The later drawn note is quoted after the visit, before any page starts 28,000 THB a day
Board Sitting Half day at the studio or at a Bangkok office, for a brief the studio has already drawn, up to eight people 46,000 THB

What moves a quote above the floor

Extra bound copies beyond six are quoted from the bindery cost of paper and copper corners, plus Arthit's time. The studio says that number before ordering them.

Deposit and remainder

A drawing commission — the brief, the chapters, and the studio note that follows a field visit — opens with a deposit of 40 percent. The remainder is due before pages go to the bindery. The field day fee is paid in full when the date is held. A board sitting is paid in full to reserve the half day.

Payment is by bank transfer in THB. The studio sends account details in the reply to an inquiry. Cancellation, rescheduling, and what happens to a deposit are set out in the refund note.

What the quote conversation needs

Write which meeting the pages must serve, which years you already hold, and whether anyone must visit the site. If you know the indicator families, name them; the atlas lists the five the studio draws most often. A precise note gets a narrower quote. A vague one gets questions first.
