The evening room
Intake happens at a table, not in a queue.
Clients arrive with meter books, scale tickets, and wage sheets. Niran Saelee asks who wrote each tally. Malai Thongchai sits in when the pages are hours or suppliers. The copper corners go on only after the facts have been marked.
The studio has worked this way since it was registered in 2016. A commission has a start week, a figure list, and a bindery date. If a year is missing, the page shows the gap.
A desk that is open
Tuesday to Saturday, 9:00 to 17:00. The drawing desks are sequenced, so a deposit holds a place rather than a same-day promise. Field days stay inside Bangkok: a khlong bank, a sorting yard, a mill compound.

You bring the figures you already trust. Over six to ten weeks the studio draws up to four families of counts, across up to three years, into a bound set of about 24 to 36 pages. Six copies come back with a two-hour walkthrough.
Quotes open at 185,000 THB. Surveys, laboratory samples, and audit letters sit outside the commission. The client's own advisers remain the ones who attest.
