Notice
Refunds, cancellations, and deposits
These terms apply to commissions from Aware Ripple Analytics Co., Ltd. at 204/12 Pracha Uthit Road, Samwa Bok Tok, Khlong Sam Wa, Bangkok 10510. They cover the Sustainability Impact Brief, Disclosure Chapters, the studio drawing that follows a Field Figure Reading, the field day itself, and the Board Sitting. Send refund requests to hello@awareripple.click or telephone (02-914-7065).
Deposits
A drawing commission opens with a deposit of 40 percent of the agreed fee. The field day fee of 28,000 THB is paid in full when the date is held. A board sitting of 46,000 THB is paid in full to reserve the half day. The remainder of a drawing commission is due before pages go to the bindery.
Eligibility and timeframe
You may cancel a drawing commission before the intake sitting and receive the deposit back in full, if the written cancellation reaches the studio within seven days of payment and before any intake has been held. If the studio cannot offer a start within eight weeks of the deposit, you may ask for the deposit back in full instead of waiting.
After intake has been held, the deposit stays with the studio as the fee for that sitting and the figure list. Any unstarted drawing, described in writing, can be released and the corresponding portion returned.
Full or partial refund
A full refund of fees paid applies when the studio cancels the commission, and when you cancel inside the seven-day window before intake. A partial refund applies when some of the work has started: fees for days already spent and pages already drawn stay with the studio, and the unstarted portion is returned. The studio states that split in writing before the transfer.
Non-refundable amounts
These amounts stay with the studio once they have been incurred: paper and copper corners already purchased for your copies, bindery time already spent, a field day that was held, and a board sitting that was held. A field day or a sitting missed without the notice below is also kept. Travel inside Bangkok already paid for a visit that took place is kept with the day fee.
Work already started
Drawing begins when the figure list is confirmed. From that point the studio will not refund the deposit. Pages not yet started can still be dropped from the scope, and the fee for those pages returns if it was included in an amount you have already paid beyond the deposit.
Materials
Materials bought for a specific commission, including text paper, thread, and copper corners, are ordered close to the bindery date. Once ordered, their cost is non-refundable. The studio will not order them before the remainder is due, except when you have asked in writing for an earlier purchase to meet a meeting date.
Cancellation, rescheduling, and no-shows
A field day or a board sitting can be moved once without an extra fee if notice arrives at least two working days before the date and the studio can offer another Tuesday-to-Saturday opening. Later notice, or a no-show, keeps the day fee or the sitting fee. A second move is possible when the calendar allows, and the studio will say if the original day can still be filled before agreeing to return any part of the fee.
The studio is closed Sunday and Monday. A date that falls on those days is not booked.
Process, timing, and method
Write to hello@awareripple.click with the commission name, the date you paid, and whether you want a cancellation, a reschedule, or a refund of an unstarted portion. The studio replies within three working days with the amount and the reason. Approved refunds are sent by bank transfer in THB to the account that paid, within fourteen working days of the written agreement on the amount.
Exceptions
If a visit cannot be held because the site is unsafe on the day, the day fee is moved or returned in full, at your choice. If you supplied figures you later ask the studio to ignore, the time already spent reading them remains part of the fee. Refunds apply to commissioned drawing, field days, sittings, and the bound or stapled copies made for that commission.
