Privacy notice

Aware Ripple Analytics Co., Ltd. is the data controller for personal data collected through this site and through commissions. The studio is at 204/12 Pracha Uthit Road, Samwa Bok Tok, Khlong Sam Wa, Bangkok 10510. Contact hello@awareripple.click or (02-914-7065). The company was established in 2016.

What is collected

The inquiry form asks for your name, email address, chosen commission, an optional month, an optional place, and a message. If you telephone or write directly, the studio keeps the correspondence needed to reply. During a commission, you may also send business contact details of colleagues who will attend an intake or a sitting, and files that sometimes contain names on wage sheets or tally books.

The studio does not ask the form for identity-card numbers, bank details, or health information. If a wage sheet you choose to send contains such details, say so, and send only the columns the drawing needs.

Why it is used

Personal data is used to answer inquiries, prepare quotes, carry out a commission you have requested, keep ordinary business records, and meet accounting duties. The lawful basis is steps toward a contract, performance of a contract, and the studio's legitimate interest in running a small practice, together with legal obligation where accounting rules apply. Consent is used for the stored choice described in the cookie note, which you may reject.

Retention

Inquiry messages that do not become a commission are kept for up to twenty-four months and then deleted. Commission files, including the correspondence and the figure list, are kept for up to five years after the last delivery, then deleted or returned according to your written request, unless a longer period is required for tax records. The consent choice stays in your own browser until you clear it.

Sharing

The studio does not sell personal data. A bindery outside the studio is not used; binding is done on the premises by Arthit Wong. If a host or an email provider processes a message in order to deliver it, that provider acts on the studio's instruction for that delivery. The studio may disclose information if Thai law requires it.

International transfers

The studio is in Bangkok and intends to keep commission files there. Email and the typefaces loaded on this site may pass through servers outside Thailand, including those of the email provider you use and of Google, which serves the typefaces. Where a transfer needs a safeguard under the Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562, the studio relies on the provider's contractual terms or on your instruction to contact you at an overseas address you have given.

Your rights

Under the Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 you may ask to access, correct, delete, or restrict personal data the studio holds about you, and you may object to certain uses or ask for a portable copy where the law provides it. You may withdraw a consent you have given, without affecting earlier lawful use. Send requests to hello@awareripple.click. The studio will respond within the period the Act requires. You may also complain to the Personal Data Protection Committee of Thailand.

Children

Commissions are arranged with organisations and adults. The inquiry form collects the contact details of the person writing on their behalf.
