Terms of engagement

These terms cover use of the website at awareripple.click and the commissions offered by Aware Ripple Analytics Co., Ltd., established in 2016, at 204/12 Pracha Uthit Road, Samwa Bok Tok, Khlong Sam Wa, Bangkok 10510. By using the site or by confirming a commission in writing, you accept these terms. Questions can be sent to hello@awareripple.click or by telephone at (02-914-7065).

The studio and the site

The site describes briefs, disclosure chapters, field figure readings, and board sittings. Rates on the site are guidance for a quote. A commission exists when the studio confirms scope, fee, and timing in writing and, where a deposit applies, receives that deposit. Browsing the site does not reserve a desk.

What you supply

You are responsible for the figures, logbooks, and permissions you send. You confirm that you may share them with the studio for the purpose of the commission. The studio reads what it is given and marks gaps. It does not create missing counts.

Intellectual property

Text, drawings, and the visual arrangement of this website belong to Aware Ripple Analytics Co., Ltd. You may not copy the site for your own commercial pages.

When a commission is paid in full, you may use the delivered brief, chapters, or note inside your organisation and with the advisers and funders you named at intake. The studio keeps its working sketches and the right to describe its method, without your figures and without your name, unless you agree in writing to be named. Your source files remain yours. The studio does not sell them.

Limits of a brief

A brief is a reading for discussion. Audit opinions, assurance, legal advice, and filings remain with your own auditors and counsel. The studio does not promise that a funder, a buyer, or a registry will accept the pages.

Liability

To the extent Thai law allows, the studio's liability arising from a commission is limited to the fees you paid for that commission. The studio is not liable for decisions you take in a meeting, for losses that follow from figures that were incomplete when you supplied them, or for delays caused by late files. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that Thai law does not allow to be excluded.

Site use

You will not misuse the inquiry form, attempt to disrupt the site, or present the studio's pages as your own offer. The site may be updated, including these terms. The version on this page is the one that applies to a visit. A commission already confirmed in writing keeps the terms stated in that confirmation.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. The courts of Bangkok have jurisdiction, without prejudice to any right you have as a consumer that Thai law requires to be heard elsewhere.
