Board Sitting
A Board Sitting is a half day for directors, family owners, or a visiting funder who will have to speak from a brief the studio has already drawn. The people who made the pages stay in the room and answer.

Who commissions it
Boards that have the brief in hand and want the drawers of the charts in the room before they speak publicly or to a parent office.
What you leave with
The people who must defend the pages have asked their hard questions once, with the drawing desk present, and have a marked copy showing which lines they will use.
Inside the commission
- Preparation from the brief already commissioned
- The half day with up to eight people
- A marked copy noting questions the studio could not answer from the files
Outside the commission
- A new brief, if the sitting reveals missing years the client now wants drawn
- Coaching on how to speak to the press
- Evenings, Sundays, and Mondays

How the weeks run

Hold the date
The fee is paid in full to reserve the half day. The studio sends a short list of pages to start from.

Sit
The room works through the brief. Questions that the files cannot answer are written down rather than smoothed over.

Leave the marked copy
One copy stays with the client, with the unanswered questions visible.
Before the first sitting
- The sitting assumes a brief or chapter set the studio has already drawn.
- Name the attendees and whether the sitting is at the studio or the client's Bangkok office.
Limits the studio keeps
- The studio is closed Sunday and Monday. Sittings run Tuesday to Saturday.
- Notice of at least two working days releases the date. A later cancellation keeps the fee.
How the price is set
46,000 THB covers the half day and preparation from an existing studio brief. If the client needs a sitting on another firm's pages, the studio will say so before accepting, and the fee may differ.
