Sustainability Impact Brief
The Sustainability Impact Brief is a commissioned reading of environmental and social figures the client already keeps. Over six to ten weeks the studio turns those figures into a bound set of charts, maps, and short prose, written in English, for people who have to speak about the year in a room.

Who commissions it
Family companies, mills, yards, workshops, and district projects in Bangkok commission this brief when a meeting is coming and the figures still live in separate ledgers, meter books, and margin notes.
A funder or a parent company may be waiting on a chapter. The brief is the reading those people can hold. It is prepared so the client's own counsel and auditors remain the ones who attest, assure, or file.
What you leave with
The client leaves with six bound copies, usually 24 to 36 pages, and a shared understanding of which figures are strong, which years are thin, and which claims the drawings can support in the meeting.
Inside the commission
- One intake sitting at the studio or by telephone
- A written list of the figures that will be drawn, and of the gaps that will stay visible
- Up to four indicator families across up to three years, taken from files the client already holds
- Charts, a simple site map where the geography matters, and short readings in English
- One round of factual correction after the client marks errors of fact

- New household surveys, laboratory sampling, or equipment installed to create figures that do not yet exist
- Audit opinions, assurance letters, and legal filings
- Translation of the bound brief beyond English

Niran Saelee leads the drawing. Malai Thongchai joins when wage sheets or supplier counts are in the set. Arthit Wong binds the finished brief on Pracha Uthit Road.
How the weeks run

Intake
The client brings spreadsheets, meter books, or paper tallies, and names the meeting the brief has to serve. The studio asks who kept each tally.

Figure list
Before any page is drawn, the studio writes what will appear and what will be left out. The client confirms that list.

Drawing
Charts and short readings are composed at the studio. Units stay as they were collected: cubic metres, kilograms, kilowatt-hours, hours.

Factual correction
The client marks errors of fact. The studio redraws those pages. A change of emphasis after the list was agreed is quoted as extra drawing.

Binding and walkthrough
Arthit binds six copies. Niran or Malai sits with the people who will speak from the brief and answers what each page can support.
Before the first sitting
- Write which years, which sites, and who will attend the intake.
- Gather the source files you already trust. Spreadsheets and paper tallies are enough to open the intake.
- If the source papers are in Thai, bring someone who can read the awkward lines aloud during intake. The bound brief itself is in English.
Limits the studio keeps
- A missing year stays missing on the page. The studio does not invent a baseline to smooth a slope.
- Commissions are sequenced. A start is offered when a drawing desk is free, usually within four weeks of the deposit.
- A fixed meeting date can be met when it is named at intake and the source files arrive in the first week.
How the price is set
The opening quote of 185,000 THB covers one site cluster, up to four indicator families, and up to three years. Further sites, extra years, or a fifth family move the quote. A 40 percent deposit opens the desk. The remainder is due before the brief goes to the bindery.
