Disclosure Chapters
Disclosure Chapters takes a reporting year the client has already closed and lays it out as a sequence of visual chapters. The work suits a company preparing pages that staff, directors, or a parent office will actually read, while the client's auditor keeps the assurance role.

Who commissions it
Companies in Bangkok that already collect a full year of environmental and social figures and need those figures to survive contact with a non-specialist reader.
What you leave with
A chapter set in English that keeps each total next to its source note, so a director can see where a number came from without opening a second file during the meeting.
Inside the commission
- A contents map agreed before drawing starts
- Up to six chapters across one reporting year
- Source notes under each drawn total
- One factual correction pass
- Six bound copies, or loose signatures if the client will bind them into a larger report

- Writing the client's policies, targets, or promises
- Assurance, legal review, or submission to a registry
- Design of a full annual report beyond the sustainability chapters

How the weeks run

Calendar
The client names the meeting or the print date. The studio says whether the desk can meet it.

Contents map
Chapters are listed with the totals each one will carry. Totals without a source note are left off the map.

Each chapter is drawn, read aloud in the studio, and corrected for fact before binding.
Before the first sitting
- Send the closed-year files and the names of the people who own each total.
- Mark any total that must appear because a parent office expects it, even if the local file is thin. The page will show the thinness.
Limits the studio keeps
- The studio will not draft a target the client has not already adopted in its own papers.
- A 40 percent deposit schedules the weeks. The remainder is due before binding.
How the price is set
Quotes start at 260,000 THB for one reporting year and up to six chapters. A second year shown only as a comparison, or chapters that need a site visit, are quoted separately.
